Toby Grantham, of Knightdale, NC, with a 27.02 lb. scamp grouper that is pending as the NC State Record. He hooked the huge scamp on a 5 oz. Blue Water Candy Roscoe Jig while fishing some structure east of Cape Lookout in 160' of water with Capt. Dave Tilley on the headboat "Continental Shelf."
