Tom Fetta, of Connecticut, with a stout bull dolphin that bit a ballyhoo under a purple Sea Witch while he was trolling the Gulf Stream near the Nipple. He was fishing out of Southport with Capt. Wally Trayah of Oak Island Fishing Charters.
