If you've had a good catch, we'll find a way to get you in the next FISHERMAN'S POST NEWSPAPER.
There are three main ways you can get your photo to FISHERMAN'S POST:
Please note: FISHERMAN'S POST NEWSPAPER only runs recent photos. Photos more than a couple of weeks old (except in rare circumstances) are not eligible for publication.
You can send your photos by email to photos@fishermanspost.com.
Photos should be sent as a JPEG, and please send the photo just as it is when it comes off of the camera. Cropping the photo, reducing the resolution, or tampering with the photo can affect the possibility of Fisherman's Post running your photo. If your email server asks if you would like to shrink the file size to make the email easier to send, your answer should be "no".
Scanned photos that are emailed in should be scanned at a resolution higher than 200 dpi.
Please email the photos as an attachment and include the necessary caption information in the body of the email: names of people in the photo, where the people are from, what the catch is, where the fish was caught (you can be general without giving away any secrets), what the fish was caught on, and anything else you think is of relevance.

Send us your photo by regular mail. Be sure to include the necessary caption information in an enclosed note: names of people in the photo, where the people are from, what the catch is, where the fish was caught (you can be general without giving away any secrets), what the fish was caught on, and anything else you think is of relevance.
Also include a phone number in your letter in case we need to contact you about the caption information.

PICK-UP / DROP-OFF
Arrangements can be made for us to pick-up your photos from a local business, typically one of our distribution sites. Call (910) 452-6378 to arrange a pick-up/drop-off location.
Once a site has been determined, you can leave the photo and caption information in an envelope at the agreed location. We'll pick the envelope up on our way through, and then we'll return the envelope on our next time through.
