Inshore Challenge: Become a Sponsor
FISHERMAN’S POST NEWSPAPER is looking to work with area sponsors to help make the third year of its Spring Inshore Challenge another fundraising success. The Spring Inshore Challenge has quickly become the area’s premiere inshore saltwater fishing tournament, and proceeds from the event will be donated to the Cape Fear Community College Sea Devil Club.
Sponsoring the Spring Inshore Challenge is a great opportunity for your business to promote itself to potential customers. As you know, fishing is very popular in our area. Sponsoring this tournament will get your business in front of the large saltwater fishing community of New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties—both locals and visitors.
Market your business, expose potential clients to your services, and create a favorable impression of your business by aligning yourself with this high visibility fishing tournament (and the proceeds go to a great cause).
The Cape Fear Community College Sea Devil Club is the backbone of support for CFCC athletics, which includes well over 100 student-athletes that compete in six intercollegiate sports.
In addition to the different sponsorship levels to choose from, there are several other ways to get involved: donate prizes for the raffle; donate items for the captains’ bags; sponsor one of the tournament’s special awards (ex. Lady, Junior, and Senior Angler); volunteer your time; and/or enter a boat as a contestant.
