2024 Pleasure Island Fall Surf Rules
Entry Fee: $75 per angler by October 7; $85 per angler after October 7 (one entry fee gets you in all divisions except Slot Red Drum TWT)
Slot Red Drum TWT: $25 per angler (the Slot Red Drum TWT is optional–it is offered as another way for tournament participants to win money)
Over $30,000 in cash and prizes (based on 500 entries)
Boundaries: Must fish from a Pleasure Island beach.
No boats — No sound or pier fishing.
Three Weigh-in Locations: North End, South End, and Island Tackle & Hardware.
Tournament Headquarters: Town of Carolina Beach Public Parking Lot between Sea Witch Cafe and CB Municipal Docks (224 Canal Drive, Carolina Beach, NC 28428)
Live Updates:Â There are three leaderboard updates throughout the tournament weekend: Saturday at 10:00 am; Â Saturday at 8:00 pm; and Sunday at 9:00 am. Updates will be posted in two places:
Registration: Friday, October 18, from 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (everyone must stop by Registration/Tournament HQ to receive their tournament wrist band and have the band placed upon their wrist–no exceptions!)
Fish Time Starts: Friday, October 18, 11:59 pm
Fish Time Ends: Sunday, October 20, 12:00 noon
Awards Dinner: Sunday, October 20, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Town of Carolina Beach Public Parking Lot between Sea Witch Cafe and CB Municipal docks (224 Canal Drive, Carolina Beach, NC 28428)
Island Tackle Raffle: Sunday, October 20, 1:30 pm

First Fruit Ministries began in 1998 and has grown to serve over 20,000 hot meals, provide emergency groceries to over 5,000 households, and shelter over 24 homeless women and families annually.
