Capt. Richard Andrews, of Tar-Pam Guide Service, with a massive 49.75″ striped bass that inhaled a 6 oz. bucktail jig tipped with a 8″ curlytail grub in the Pamlico River, likely the largest striper ever landed on rod and reel in the area.
