Jimmy O'Connor, of Carolina Beach, and Mike Kenney, of Wilmington, with a 68 lb. wahoo they hooked just inside the 100 fathom line south of the Steeples while fishing aboard the "Theseus." The big 'hoo fell for a ballyhoo beneath a red/black Ilander Tracker.
