QUICK FACTS

Entry Fee: $125 per boat before May 21; $150 per boat after May 21
Over $15,000 in cash and prizes to be awarded (based on 100 entries)
One Day of Fishing
No Checkouts & No Boundaries

No restrictions on using bait or artificials (no restrictions)
Live Weigh-In encouraged but not required (no penalties)
Fish with as many anglers on your boat as you like (no limitations)

Complimentary Captains’ Party (Friday–hosted by Anheuser Busch and Papa John’s Pizza)
Complimentary Awards Dinner (Saturday–dinner buffet provided by Wild Wing Cafe)

Registration: Friday, June 1, from 3:00-8:00 pm at Wild Wing Cafe
Captains’ Meetings: Friday, June 1, at 5:00 pm and at 7:00 pm at Wild Wing Cafe
Captains’ Party: Friday, June 1, from 4:00-8:00 pm at Wild Wing Cafe
Fishing Time: Saturday, June 2, from 7:00 am-4:00 pm (no lines in the water before 7:00 am)
Weigh-In: Saturday, June 2, from 1:00-4:00 pm (must be in line by 4:00 pm) at Wrightsville Beach Marina
Awards Dinner: Saturday, June 2, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Wild Wing Cafe
Awards Ceremony: Saturday, June 2, at 7:00 pm

SPECIAL PRIZES

Live Flounder & Red Drum Bonus: Weigh in your flounder and/or red drum alive and get an extra $20 payout per fish (flounder and/or red drum must be on the leader board).

Guaranteed Cover Appearance: The Wrightsville Beach Inshore Challenge is the only tournament that can guarantee the winner a cover shot with Fisherman’s Post Newspaper.

SeaTow Prize: SeaTow will be awarding a $100 gift certificate (to Tex’s Tackle) to the SeaTow member that weighs in the heaviest flounder and a $100 gift certificate (to Tex’s Tackle) to the SeaTow member that weighs in the heaviest red drum.

Got-Em-On Prize: This award ($250 cash) goes to the heaviest flounder weighed in by a current Got-Em-On Club member.

“Beat the Record” Prize: Beat the tournament record for flounder (10.47 lbs.) and you’ll win a custom-made, hand-crafted, copper art work of a flounder. The art work was created by R. Hanes Hoffman of Bluewater Copper Works.

Guaranteed Junior Angler Photos: Each junior angler that weighs in a fish will have his/her photo published in Fisherman’s Post Newspaper.
