Some of the 105 anglers who entered the 2013 Johnnie Mercer’s Pier Dogfish Tournament, held January 26. Wilmington’s Travis Horne pulled a repeat vicotry in the event, weighing a 9 lb., 4 oz. spiny dogfish to earn first by just a single ounce.
